Delegation of Youth Volunteers and War Veterans from 11 provinces and cities visited the Vietnam - Laos Martyrs Cemetery
"Heroic nation with glorious tradition".
(Baonghean) - On December 23, from the capital Hanoi and 10 provinces and cities across the country, a delegation of 250 delegates from former Youth Volunteers, War Veterans, relatives of martyrs, people with meritorious services to the country and the Center for Historical Education came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Vietnam-Laos Martyrs Cemetery. Accompanying the delegation was Hero of the People's Armed Forces Pham Tuan.
This is an activity to celebrate the 65th anniversary of National Resistance Day, the 67th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army's Traditional Day, the 62nd anniversary of the Vietnamese Volunteer Army's Traditional Day helping Laos, and the 36th anniversary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic's National Day.

Attending the funeral were comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front of Anh Son District. On this occasion, the Center for Vietnamese History and Tradition Education presented the Vietnam-Laos Cemetery Management Board with a banner bearing the inscription: ""Heroic nation with glorious tradition".
