(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 68th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2015), on July 23, Comrade Pham Van Tan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and presented gifts to policy families in Dien Chau, Quynh Luu districts and Hoang Mai town.
Also attending were representatives of the National Assembly Delegation Office, representatives of the People's Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee of the localities.
In Dien Chau district, the delegation visited the families of martyrs in Dien Nguyen and Dien Hanh communes. In Dien Nguyen commune, the delegation visited the family of martyr Phan Huy Son who fought and died at Gac Ma Island, presented gifts and encouraged the family of the martyr's parents and his wife and children.

Comrade Pham Van Tan visited and encouraged Mrs. Tran Thi Ninh - wife of martyr Phan Huy Son. Mr. Phan Huy Ha, son of the martyr, has been sick since childhood, and his daughter Phan Thi Trang has been given favorable conditions by the government to work near home. |
In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation continued to visit policy families in Quynh Luu district and Hoang Mai town. At the places visited, the provincial National Assembly delegation inquired about the health, material and spiritual life of the policy families; wished the elderly who are parents of martyrs good health, encouraged the families of war invalids and martyrs' relatives to overcome difficulties, overcome illness, continue to work hard to produce, and build a prosperous and happy family life.
On this occasion, the delegation also presented meaningful gifts of gratitude to the families, each gift including 700,000 VND and 1 carton of TH True Milk.

Also in Hoang Mai town, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Duc Sy, a 1/4-class disabled veteran. Mr. Sy fought and was injured in the Southwest battlefield and currently lives in Quynh Loc commune, Hoang Mai town. |
