As a locality with many policy beneficiaries, in recent times, Le Loi ward has implemented policies and laws for people with meritorious services fully and accurately. There have been no complaints or denunciations from citizens related to this issue; policy implementing officers in the ward have not made it difficult for the beneficiaries. In general, policies and laws for people with meritorious services have been put into practice, contributing to the Party and State in taking care of policy beneficiaries' families, implementing the morality of "Repaying gratitude", contributing to improving and reducing difficulties for people with meritorious services, and people increasingly trust in the policies of the Party and State.

Comrade Do Manh Hung gave gifts to two policy families
During the monitoring session, leaders of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Vinh City and Le Loi Ward reported on a number of issues that the monitoring team was concerned about, and at the same time made recommendations and proposals to resolve a number of difficulties and shortcomings. That is, it is necessary to re-regulate the list of diseases in a more appropriate and specific direction for people infected with Agent Orange, and at the same time focus on resolving files that already have medical records in the list. Increase the level of hospital fee support to 100% for relatives of martyrs. The regulation of collecting tuition fees for children of policy families at universities, colleges, and vocational high schools after completing compensation procedures at the commune and ward levels is causing difficulties for beneficiaries. Pay attention to having war invalids re-assessed for their disabilities because the current war invalids are old, their health is getting weaker, and their illnesses are getting worse. Research on recognizing martyrs when war invalids have recurring wounds and are treated at provincial hospitals or higher is not appropriate...
Concluding the monitoring session, comrade Do Manh Hung highly appreciated the results achieved by Le Loi ward, and noted that the city and ward need to take better care of people with meritorious services; mobilize organizations and individuals to socialize activities to care for people with meritorious services in the area, contributing to improving the material and spiritual quality of life for people with meritorious services.
On this occasion, the National Assembly's Supervisory Delegation presented gifts to Mr. Truong Thi - a pre-uprising cadre and Mrs. Dang Thi Hue - a martyr's wife.
