Visit and study at the Quang Ninh Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

On November 2, the delegation visited the Public Administration Service Center of Quang Ninh province to learn about administrative reform and investment attraction processes in this locality.

During the working program, the Delegation was introduced by the Board of Directors of the Public Administration Service Center of Quang Ninh province about the operating model of the centralized one-stop system; minimizing the time when processing documents for businesses and people, and integrating a text message system to notify people when the documents have been processed.

Delegation of Nghe An province presented souvenirs to the Board of Directors of the center.

This is one of the key work programs in 2015 of the Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Agencies.
