Delegation of provincial agencies visited and gave gifts to disabled students

(Baonghean.vn) - Within the framework of activities to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2012), this morning, March 23, the Youth Union of the Cultural and Social Affairs Block under the Youth Union of the Agencies of Nghe An province visited and presented gifts to the Nghe An Vocational Training Center for the Disabled.

The center currently manages 207 disabled students. In addition to providing good care and cultural education, the center also provides vocational training (mainly embroidery, sewing, carpentry, etc.) with the goal of creating stable jobs for the children, helping them earn an income, support themselves, and contribute to their families and society when they grow up.



The delegation of the Cultural and Social Affairs bloc presented the Center with a gift worth 5 million VND.

At the Center, the Delegation visited, encouraged, and shared difficulties with the staff and teachers, visited the students' places of study and activities; and presented gifts (worth 5 million VND including cash and some essential items) to serve the students' studies. This is one of the annual activities of the Delegation of the Cultural and Social Affairs - Internal Affairs sector, receiving enthusiastic response and participation from the youth union members in the sector.
