In 2021, the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union closely followed the orientation of the Business Bloc Party Committee and the Provincial Youth Union to effectively implement the assigned tasks. Right from the beginning of the year, opening up a new atmosphere, the Bloc Youth Union launched an emulation movement throughout the Union to welcome the 13th National Party Congress, thereby reviving the Youth Union movement after a year of being negatively affected by the pandemic and natural disasters. The emulation movement has promoted 500 initiatives and ideas applied to production and business.

During the most complicated time of the Covid-19 pandemic in Nghe An, Vinh city had to apply Directive 16 and 16+, the Youth Union in enterprises deployed many activities to support the frontline forces against the epidemic, field hospitals and established youth volunteer teams in districts, cities and towns in the province. The total value of support contents reached nearly 500 million VND.

In addition, the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union has also proactively coordinated with the Provincial Police Youth Union and the Provincial Agencies Youth Union to successfully implement the program "Sending old computers, giving new knowledge", building 2 IT rooms at disadvantaged schools in Con Cuong and Que Phong districts.

In addition, projects such as: "Model Youth Incubator in Enterprises" to support new rural communes; support gas coupons; call for Children's Bookcases from socialized sources have also been flexibly implemented according to the practical situation of each unit.

Outstanding figures in implementing annual work targets:

1. Coordinated the mobilization and presentation of 3,000 gifts worth over 500 million VND to policy families, poor households, and students in difficult circumstances. Examined and provided free medicine to over 800 people; presented 271 gifts to young workers.

2. Completed 10 district-level youth projects, more than 300 grassroots youth projects, proposed more than 500 initiatives and ideas to apply to production and business.

3. Awarding 10 projects to welcome the 13th National Party Congress; 2 bus trips home for Tet for young workers in difficult circumstances.

4. Successfully implemented the program "Send old computers - Give new knowledge" with 143 computer screens, 130 CPU cases, 35 laptops, and supported the construction of 2 computer rooms in 2 districts of Con Cuong and Que Phong.

5. Support people and frontline forces against Covid-19 with a total value of nearly 500 million VND. Organize blood donation program to collect more than 300 units of blood.

6. Introduced 195 outstanding members, of which 145 were admitted to the Party. Established 4 new Youth Union organizations, admitted 115 new members.

Acknowledging the achievements of the Youth Union of the Provincial Business Bloc in the past year, comrade Tran Quang Hoa - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc of Nghe An province hopes that in the coming time, the Youth Union will continue to adapt to the new situation, both striving to reproduce and do business while ensuring the effective implementation of movements and activities. Political and ideological education must still be given top priority and the spirit of volunteering for community life and social security must be enhanced. Especially for young workers in difficult circumstances.

In addition, it is necessary to focus on the work of the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, term 2022 - 2027, ensuring that the units organizing the Congress complete it on schedule. At the same time, be proactive in organizing the 6th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc, term 2022 - 2027. Continue to affirm the role, build the Youth Union organization increasingly strong.

1. The Central Youth Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 individuals of the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union for their outstanding achievements in youth union work and youth movements.

2. Nghe An Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 individuals with outstanding achievements and contributions in 2021.

3. The Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc awarded Certificates of Merit and prizes to 4 units with outstanding achievements leading the emulation cluster in the work of the Youth Union and youth movement in 2021; 9 units that excellently completed their tasks in the work of the Youth Union and youth movement in 2021; awarded Certificates of Merit and prizes to nearly 50 individuals and collectives with outstanding achievements in the work of the Youth Union and youth movement at the grassroots level.

4. Summarizing the Campaign "Each youth has a creative idea", the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union awarded 8 groups with the most effective ideas.
