(Bapnghean.vn)-On the morning of February 23, Nghe An Provincial Bar Association held a conference to collect comments on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution.

At the conference, delegates heard many comments on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution from the Heads of Law Offices and Law Firms. Many comments analyzed and evaluated the requirements for amending the 1992 Constitution and focused on specific issues of the Draft Constitution. The comments focused on recommendations focusing on Chapter I of the Draft regulating the political regime; Chapter II regulating Human Rights, basic rights and obligations of citizens; regulations related to the organization and operation of the state apparatus: the National Assembly, the President, the Government, the People's Court, the People's Procuracy, and the Constitutional Council.

This is a political activity widely launched by the Bar Association and received enthusiastic response from law practice organizations. It demonstrates professional responsibility and enhances the professional status of the legal profession in society.
