Lao military delegation visits and studies at Division 324

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 14, 2014, a delegation of officers from the Lao People's Army Military Instructor Training Class visited and studied at Division 324 (Military Region 4).

Colonel Trinh Van Hung, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Division, spoke at the meeting.

There were 22 comrades participating in the field trip, including 7 officers from the Military School of Military Region 4 and 15 military instructors from the Lao People's Army. Regarding the Lao Army, Major Phon Say Phon Sac Bi was the head of the delegation. Through the field trip, the delegation aimed to improve their knowledge of practical activities in 4 aspects of work (Military, Politics, Logistics, Engineering) as well as on the construction of the regularization in the Vietnam People's Army to apply to the Lao People's Army. According to the program, the delegation visited and studied at Regiment 1 (Division 324).
