Nghe An Buddhist Youth Group won Third Prize at the 'Youth and Buddhism' Camp
(Baonghean.vn) - After 5 days of studying and competing, the Nghe An Buddhist youth delegation was honored to win 3rd prize at the "Youth and Buddhism" camp in Hanoi.

On the afternoon of July 28, the Closing Ceremony and Award Ceremony of the 2019 "Youth and Buddhism" Camp took place.
The 2019 “Youth and Buddhism” camp in the Northern region with the theme “Thang Long Spirit” and the scientific seminar “Activities of Buddhist followers with the sustainability of the country” were organized by the Central Buddhist Guidance Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha from July 24 to 28.

The camp took place at Khai Nguyen Pagoda, Son Dong Commune, Son Tay Town, Hanoi with the participation of nearly 2,200 campers and volunteers from 29 northern provinces and cities (from Quang Binh and beyond).
After more than 5 days of studying and competing, the Nghe An Buddhist Youth Union has won a number of outstanding achievements: First prize in the Dharma drum teaching contest, Third prize in the Thang Long heroic parade, Best dance award, Most united camp life award. Especially, the group won Third prize. This is a proud achievement of the Nghe An Buddhist Youth Union.
