Youth Union members of Nghe An Provincial Agencies Bloc entered the National English Olympiad Finals for Young Cadres
(Baonghean.vn) - Vo Thi Thu Giang - Reporter of Nghe An Newspaper is the only contestant from Nghe An province to make it into the Top 15 contestants in the 2021 National Young Cadres English Olympiad Finals.
The Central Youth Union Secretariat has just announced the list of 15 candidates with the highest scores entering the final round of the 2021 National Young Cadres English Olympic Competition.
Accordingly, Vo Thi Thu Giang - Reporter of Nghe An Newspaper is the only contestant from Nghe An province to enter the final round of the competition.
This season, the Organizing Committee divided the competition into 3 groups. Each group selected the 5 best contestants for the final round. Vo Thu Giang is in group 2 - Young civil servants, public employees, Enterprise Sector.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also announced 9 reserve candidates in 3 groups who entered the final round.
The National Young Cadres English Olympic Competition, organized by the Central Youth Union, is a knowledge playground that contributes to arousing the spirit of learning and practicing English, supporting the development of international integration skills for young cadres nationwide, practically implementing the Project "Improving English proficiency for Vietnamese youth" in the period 2018-2022.
Comrade Nguyen Cong Minh - Secretary of the Youth Union of Nghe An Province's Agencies said that as soon as the Central Youth Union launched the contest, the youth of the Youth Union of Nghe An Province's Agencies enthusiastically responded and participated in the contest. Many young cadres from departments and branches of Nghe An Province were highly appreciated in this contest. In the first season (2019), contestant Vo Thi Thu Giang was also the only contestant from Nghe An Province to reach the final round of the contest.
In the second season (2020), contestant Nguyen Thi Kim Lien - Department of Foreign Affairs of Nghe An province won second prize nationwide.
This year's final round will take place on October 17 in Hanoi.
