Mr. Satoshi Horibe - Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Industry, Labor and Trade led the delegation. Accompanying him were leaders of the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs.

In Quy Hop district, the delegation visited and worked at Yabashi Vietnam Limestone Mining Company headquartered in Chau Cuong commune. This company was established in 2000 with the main business being mining.

The total area licensed by this company is 150 hectares, of which the quarry area is 49 hectares. The annual mining output is about 100,000 tons, of which 60,000 tons are white stone products.

The company's products include crushed ice and powdered ice, and most of the products are exported to the Japanese market. This enterprise is providing jobs for about 200 local workers with stable income.

Gifu Prefecture delegation visited the mechanical workshop of Yabashi Limestone Mining Vietnam Company.

Currently in Chau Cuong commune, the company also has a mechanical workshop producing mechanical products for export to Japan and is installing a wood processing line.

In Yen Thanh district, the delegation visited MLB Tenergy Co., Ltd. located in Yen Thanh town Industrial Cluster, operating in the field of industrial sewing. The investor of this enterprise is Yumine Sewing Company based in Gifu, Japan.

The company's production output reaches 1 million products/year and is exported to the Japanese market. The company is creating jobs for more than 900 local workers with an average salary of 3.5 million VND/person/month. Currently, the company is expanding production phase 2 also at Yen Thanh Town Industrial Park.
