Thousands of people came here to admire a unique painting made from a special material, which is Yen Thanh rice, by farmer and veteran Phan Vinh Hoa.
With a passion for science, veteran Phan Vinh Hoa has made many impressions in the hybridization of herbal rice varieties. In order to improve the rice products of the countryside of Yen Thanh rice granary, he has created 4 types of herbal rice varieties with high color and quality.
