(Baonghean.vn) - On Uncle Ho's birthday, May 19, 2017, the image of Uncle Ho with the Dien Bien Phu Victory appeared on the rice fields of Vinh Thanh, Yen Thanh, Nghe An, causing a stir in public opinion. Thousands of people came here to admire a unique painting made from a special material, which is Yen Thanh rice products, by farmer and veteran Phan Vinh Hoa.
With his passion for science, veteran Phan Vinh Hoa has made many impressions in the hybridization of herbal rice varieties. In order to improve the rice products of the countryside of Yen Thanh rice granary, he created 4 types of herbal rice varieties with high color and quality. With a unique idea, in 2016, he used the colors of the hybrid rice varieties to represent the map of Vietnam on the field.
