Recently,Baonghean.vnposted an article with the content that Phan Cong Phat (13 years old) and Phan Cong Loi (8 years old) in Nam Thanh commune, Yen Thanh are orphans of both parents. 2 years ago, the mother passed away in the collapse of the Co quarry (Nam Thanh commune, Yen Thanh) and on September 16, the father Phan Cong Dai suddenly passed away due to heart disease. Currently, the two children live with their grandmother, Vu Thi Bien (80 years old), who is no longer strong enough to raise them.
