By the end of June 2026, Nghe An province's public investment disbursement rate was lower than the same period last year. In response, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued a document criticizing 59 units for having disbursement rates below the provincial average. Numerous on-site inspections and directives were continuously carried out by working groups of the Provincial People's Committee to resolve obstacles and expedite the progress of construction projects.
