Some thoughts on behavioral culture and service at Vinh Stadium

(Baonghean) -This year's professional football season, with its impressive performance, Song Lam Nghe An Football Team has gradually conquered and brought the audience back to Vinh Stadium. It has been a long time since fans have witnessed the vibrant football atmosphere of the past.
However, when watching football at Vinh Stadium, besides being satisfied with the results of SLNA's home match, true fans are still upset about unnecessary things.
While some aspects of the stadium organization have gradually become more professional and orderly, the service for fans in the A stands has not received due attention. We all know that in large stadiums, in order to sell tickets and attract spectators, in addition to taking care of the field, the Stadium Management Board must organize cleaning on a regular basis, ensuring clean seats; spectators come to the stadium to enjoy football. However, this seems to be too much of a luxury for Vinh Stadium in particular and our country's stadiums in general. If the match takes place after it has just rained, the rows of seats are too dirty. In addition to the mud from shoes stepping on the seats, sometimes the rows of seats are very dirty, due to a long time without cleaning and care.
Along with poor stadium cleaning, the audience is also not aware, after watching each match, the stadium is no different from a garbage dump with lots of newspapers, plastic bottles, straws...
In the most recent match at Vinh Stadium when SLNA met Dong Tam Long An, a small argument led to two spectators in the A stand over the seat numbers on their tickets. Both spectators had tickets, one was an invited ticket and the other was a purchased ticket. The invited ticket did not have a seat number, while the purchased ticket clearly stated the seat number. When the ticket buyer went to find his seat number, he was already seated by the invited ticket buyer, so there were no more seats, so the dispute arose.
We know that this is not the first time that spectators at Vinh Stadium have complained and been upset because they paid money to buy tickets to the stadium but had no place to sit. Recalling this incident, we suddenly remembered that in the past, when going to watch football, the stadium's Organizing Committee required spectators to sit in their correct seats, but in recent seasons, due to the small number of spectators coming to the stadium, this rule was not paid attention to.
To ensure the rights of ticket buyers as well as to form the habit of civilized and cultured behavior at the stadium, the Vinh Stadium Organizing Committee should disseminate and re-apply this regulation. This is not only the responsibility of the Stadium Organizing Committee towards the audience but also a gesture that contributes to bringing complete joy to fans when coming to the stadium every weekend afternoon.
