At the meeting, the Department of Education and Training reported on the action program to implement Resolution No. 29/NQ-TW of the 8th Central Executive Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training. Nine tasks and solutions were set out, namely strengthening propaganda work, perfecting the national education system, innovating education programs at all levels, innovating teaching and learning methods, testing, examinations and evaluating education and training results, developing the team of teachers, civil servants and education managers, promoting socialization, innovating education and training management, strengthening facilities and applying information technology, proactively integrating and improving the effectiveness of international cooperation.

With this content, many opinions have been developed vigorously, mentioning practical solutions with the characteristics of Nghe An associated with Resolution No. 26, focusing on high-quality education, connecting with international cooperation. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed that the Department of Education and Training will issue a plan to implement this Resolution. For the Project on Planning Monuments and Large Paintings, the content must honor and highlight important historical events, demonstrate the contributions and noble qualities of famous people. Respect the values ​​of national cultural history, do not distort or lose the beautiful image of national history in the hearts of the public.
