(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of March 25, the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee held a seminar on building the ruling Party, innovating the content and methods of Party leadership in the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee. Attending the conference were comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's departments; the Provincial Political School; representatives of a number of enterprises and a number of retired cadres who were in charge of Party building work.

Overview of the seminar.

The Party Committee of Nghe An Enterprise Bloc was established and has been operating for more than 17 years (established in 1996). Over time, the Party work in the Party Committee of the Bloc has been gradually consolidated and enhanced in terms of ideology, politics, party organization and party members. In particular, the Party Committee of the Bloc has clearly demonstrated its leadership, direction and orientation role in each stage of enterprise development, especially in implementing the transformation of the state-owned enterprise model into equitization, contributing significantly to the overall socio-economic development of the province. However, there are also many difficulties and challenges that have affected the leadership role of the Party in enterprises.

At the discussion, the delegates all affirmed: The Party Committee of Nghe An Business Bloc is a special form of party organization, a party organization without a government at the same level. Therefore, in order to clearly demonstrate the Party's ruling role in enterprises, it is necessary to innovate the content and methods of Party operations in enterprises more strongly. In which, it emphasizes innovation in political and ideological work according to each subject associated with appropriate content; organizational and personnel work must be carried out more consistently and systematically, including the work of developing party members must be substantive, avoiding chasing after quantity. The Party Committee of the Bloc also needs to demonstrate and clearly affirm its leadership role in carrying out political tasks in enterprises, specifically production and business tasks.... Some delegates said that the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc needs to have a trade union organization to lead enterprises through the trade union organization, at the same time needs to have its own mass mobilization committee and needs to continue to innovate and improve the quality of party activities in enterprises.

In addition, according to some delegates, the province and the Central Government need to create all conditions and institutionalize with specific regulations for the Party Committee of the bloc to promote and affirm its ruling role in enterprises. Before having a new mechanism, it requires the Party Committee of the bloc to continue to think and be creative to continue to improve the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization in enterprises.
