Innovation in leadership methods for party work in enterprises

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 26, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee worked with the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee on the results of activities in 2014; directions of activities and key tasks in 2015.

Also attending were comrades: Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Inspection Committee, Propaganda Department, Provincial Party Committee Office and leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

Working session scene

Currently, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee has 137 grassroots party organizations, including 67 party committees and 70 party cells. The total number of party members in the entire Party Committee is 5,025 comrades; the total number of regular employees is over 22,000 people. In 2014, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc issued Resolution No. 02-NQ/DUK on: "Improving the quality of political and ideological education to meet new requirements". Therefore, the ideological situation of cadres, party members and employees in the entire Party Committee continues to be stable, trusting in the leadership of the Party and the management of the Government; most of the enterprises under the Party Committee of the Bloc have stable production and business, ensuring jobs, income, regimes and policies for employees, contributing to the whole province in implementing Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Nghe An province until 2020.

The Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee has also focused on directing the consolidation and improvement of the organization and staff apparatus at 33 grassroots party organizations; establishing a new grassroots party organization in a private enterprise; improving the quality of grassroots party organizations and the quality of party cell activities; strengthening the work of developing new party members in both quantity and quality, specifically in 2014, 268 comrades were admitted, an increase of 18% compared to 2013. Leading innovation and improving the quality of evaluation and classification of party organizations, classification of the quality of cadres and party members; directing grassroots party committees to review the Executive Committee, evaluate and classify cadres for the 2010-2015 term. Inspection and supervision work has been well implemented, contributing to creating positive changes, overcoming weaknesses and shortcomings in party organizations and party members. In 2014, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee disciplined 2 Party organizations with reprimands; expelled 3 Party members, reprimanded 7 Party members, and warned 2 Party members.

At the meeting, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee presented a number of key targets and tasks for 2015, as well as a number of recommendations and proposals to the Provincial Party Secretary and the working delegation. Delegates attending the conference also contributed ideas to overcome difficulties and continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of the activities of grassroots party organizations in the Bloc Party Committee.

Concluding the working session, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged the results that the Party Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc had achieved in 2014. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the activities of the Party Committee of the Bloc must be closely linked with enterprises. To do so, the Party Committee of the Bloc must innovate its leadership methods for party work in enterprises; take advantage of the regular leadership of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee in implementing the assigned tasks and plans; coordinate with agencies, departments, and branches to remove obstacles and difficulties for enterprises; at the same time, it must strive, proactively lead, and adapt to changes in the market.

In addition, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Provincial Party Secretary also requested that the Party Committee of the Enterprise Sector identify 2015 as the year: All for enterprises, focusing on small and medium enterprises. Every month and every quarter, the Party Committee of the Enterprise Sector must report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the situation of enterprises. Also at the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary responded to the recommendations and proposals of the Party Committee of the Enterprise Sector and directed specific solutions.
