The vehicle transporting the seized illegal goods was a passenger van with Lao license plate UN-0369 running the route Hanoi - Xieng Khouang - Luang Prabang, driven by driver Vu Van Hoa. Upon inspection, the goods were mainly buffalo and cow hides with a quantity of 18 packs, weighing over 1,000 kg, transported for an unidentified customer from Do Luong to Ky Son district.

All of the above goods were of unknown origin, without legal documents and were in the process of decomposition, emitting a foul odor. Due to the inability to prove the origin and the lack of required documents, Market Management Team No. 5 made a record of confiscation of all the goods.
