Volunteer ecotourism guide team in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - A volunteer team of 35 people was mobilized by Con Cuong District Youth Union to better serve tourists visiting tourist attractions in the area during the holidays.
Youth volunteer teams are mobilized from areas with tourist attractions to be responsible for guiding visitors, maintaining security and order, assisting with vehicle parking, guiding visitors to tourist attractions and providing rescue when required.

The Mon Son commune youth volunteer team serving tourists during the April 30 and May 1 holidays consists of 15 people mobilized from most of the youth unions in the area, most of whom are village youth union secretaries.
This team is divided into groups in charge of different tasks such as parking, guiding guests, and staying at the beach to disseminate safety measures to guests.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thao, Secretary of the Youth Union of Mon Son commune said: In addition, we also inform people about the prices of services such as car parking, yachts, tour guides, etc.
All services are priced by the district government and are no longer left to individual businesses as before.
According to Mr. Thao, supporting the tour groups is completely voluntary. “None of us are paid. But the commune supports one lunch every day,” said a team member.
It is the enthusiasm of the volunteers that has created sympathy from tourists coming to tourist attractions in Con Cuong.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien from the coastal commune of Dien Hung, Dien Chau shared: “I have been to tourist attractions in Con Cuong several times. This year, I see a lot of changes. Tourist attractions are organized more professionally. Especially, TNTN members are very enthusiastic and polite.”

The Youth Volunteer Team serving tourists was established by Con Cuong District Youth Union to serve tourists during holidays. Mon Son commune also has its own volunteer team that is mobilized when there are festivals in the area.
All team members are trained in tour guide skills and communication skills appropriate to each type of tourist.

In addition to Pha Lai Dam tourist site in Mon Son commune, tourist sites such as Ta Bo and Khe Kem waterfall (Yen Khe commune) also have TNTN team members working to guide visitors, educate visitors about environmental sanitation, and ensure safety in forest fire prevention during the hot season.
