Who is exempted from foreign language exam and has special graduation status in 2015?

Exemption from foreign language exam
Subjects and conditions for exemption from the exam: Being a member of the national team participating in the International Olympic competition in Foreign Languages according to the Decision of the Minister of Education and Training.
Have one of the certificates as prescribed in the annual guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Candidates exempted from the Foreign Language exam will be given the maximum score for this subject (20 points on a 20-point scale) for graduation recognition.
Candidates who want to use the results of the Foreign Language subject to apply to universities and colleges that use the results of the national high school exam for admission must take the Foreign Language exam.
Candidates who do not use their right to be exempted from the Foreign Language exam must take the exam and be considered for graduation recognition like candidates who are not exempted from the exam.
Exemption from all 4 exams for graduation
Subjects: People with disabilities with the level of disability specified in Clause 1 and Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree No. 28/2012/ND-CP dated April 10, 2012 of the Government.
For people with disabilities studying under the general education program: Complete high school program; meet the requirements to take the exam according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 12 of this Regulation; Have a certificate of disability issued by a competent authority.
For people with disabilities who do not meet the general education program: The head of the high school where they register to study must confirm the results of implementing the annual Personal Education Plan at the high school level; Have a certificate of disability issued by a competent authority.
Exemption from all subjects of the national high school exam
Those who have participated in the national team selection exam for the International Olympic or Regional Olympic cultural subjects are exempted from all subjects of the national high school exam if they meet the following conditions: Being summoned to the second semester of grade 12; Being ranked for the entire year of grade 12: good conduct, good academic performance or better; Being on the list of exemptions from the exam of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Team members participating in international or regional Olympic competitions in science and technology, sports, culture and arts are exempted from all subjects of the national high school exam if they meet the following conditions: Being summoned in the second semester of grade 12; Being ranked for the entire year of grade 12: conduct and academic performance from average or above; Having their names in the official dispatch requesting exemption from the exam and confirming their attendance at training and taking the exam in accordance with the regulations of the selection agency sent to the Department of Education and Training before the national high school exam date.
High school graduation privileges
Subjects and conditions: Students belonging to the subjects specified in Article 12 of these Regulations, if eligible to take the exam, will be considered for special graduation in the following cases.
People who have an accident, are sick or have a special emergency, no more than 10 days before the exam date or on the first exam day, cannot take the exam.
Condition: Academic and behavioral rankings for the whole year in grade 12 are all good or better;
Records: Hospital admission and discharge records issued by a hospital at district level or higher (in case of accident or illness) or confirmation from the People's Committee of the commune where you reside (in case of special emergency); Minutes of request for special graduation consideration from the high school where you registered to take the exam.
A person who has an accident, falls ill or has a special emergency after taking at least one exam and cannot continue taking the exam, or after having an accident, falling ill or having a special emergency, voluntarily takes the remaining exams.
Conditions: Test scores of all subjects taken must be 10.0 or higher; Grade 12 classification: average academic performance or higher, good conduct or higher.
Documents: Confirmation minutes of the Examination Council; Hospital admission and discharge records from a hospital at district level or higher (if there is an accident or illness) or confirmation from the People's Committee of the commune where you reside (if there is a special emergency).
Procedure: Immediately after the last exam session of the exam, the Examination Council is responsible for receiving and transferring the special application documents to the Department of Education and Training where the candidate registered to take the exam.
The High School Graduation Recognition Council considers and decides on special conditions for candidates based on their records and regulations.
