Vietnam team continues to win in the second friendly match in Korea
Coach Kim Sang Sik and his team continued to win the second friendly match during their training trip in Korea.
On the afternoon of November 29, the Vietnamese team had their second match against Daegu FC during their training trip in Korea.
In the second friendly match in Korea, the Vietnamese team faced Daegu FC, a team currently playing in the K.League 1. In the 2024 season, the team led by coach Park Chang Hyun performed below expectations. Being second to last in the relegation group is proof of the poor performance of the team in Southeast Korea.

In the first minutes of the match, Daegu FC took the initiative and created many problems towards the Vietnamese team's goal. However, the defense, deployed by coach Kim Sang Sik, still played solidly and extremely disciplined.

In this match, coach Kim Sang Sik still deployed the 3-4-3 formation, in which Quang Hai will replace Hoang Duc in the role of organizer and playmaker.
In the 44th minute, the Vietnamese team opened the score after Quang Hai's goal, and the first half temporarily ended with a 1-0 victory in favor of the Vietnamese team.
Entering the second half, the Vietnamese team's attacking options became more diverse. The small ball passing situations of coach Kim Sang Sik's students became smoother.

In the following minutes, both teams continued to create a tense match. However, the Vietnamese team still created more clear situations than their opponents.
In the 84th minute, Hai Long doubled the gap for the Vietnamese team with a tricky header.
In the end, coach Kim Sang Sik's students won with a score of 2-0, this was the second consecutive victory in Korea.
In the next match, the Vietnamese team will face Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC on December 1, which is also the last match in Korea. After that, the whole team will return to Vietnam and prepare for the 2024 ASEAN Cup campaign./.
