(Baonghean) - On the morning of March 24, Do Luong district held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition of Hoi Thien Temple as a provincial historical and cultural relic.

Hoi Thien Temple was built during the Later Le Dynasty in Luu Son Commune, Bach Ha Commune, Nam Duong District, Anh Do Prefecture, Nghe An Town (now Thuong Giap Village, Tru Son Commune, Do Luong). The temple was built according to Nguyen Dynasty architecture, with beautiful landscape and terrain, and is a place to worship 5 gods who have contributed to the people and the country: Holy Mother Lieu Hanh, Cao Son, Cao Dai, Hung Dao Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan, and the spirit of Ben Ngo. Hoi Thien Temple is a place that has witnessed many historical events, and is a place that preserves many vestiges of the period 1930 - 1931.

During the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, the temple was a place to gather forces and store food for the people, contributing to the cause of national liberation and unification. With these values, in September 2011, Hoi Thien Temple in Tru Son commune was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a Provincial Historical and Cultural Relic.
