Border Guard Station 152 helps people build rural roads

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 5, officers and soldiers of Border Guard Station 152 coordinated with the local government and people to help parishioners in Hamlet 5, Dien Thanh Commune, Dien Chau District, build rural roads.

The nearly 100m long road passing through three households: Tran Trung, Nguyen Hung and Le Hung (Hamlet 5, Dien Thanh, Dien Chau) is the last road section of Hamlet 5 to be concreted according to the local new rural construction program. To complete this road section, the Party Committee and the Executive Committee of Hamlet 5 called on households to voluntarily overcome difficulties to join the Party Committee and local authorities in completing the goals of the new rural construction program.

It is known that Hamlet 5, Dien Thanh Commune, is a Catholic hamlet (100% of the population are Catholic) with 219 households/1,008 people. The completion of the road concreting is an effort of the Party Committee, the Executive Committee of Hamlet 5, as well as the advisory and coordination role of Border Guard Station 152 in joining hands with the locality to build a new countryside. Thereby, further strengthening the solidarity between the army and the people, the solidarity between Catholics and non-Catholics, contributing to building an increasingly solid People's Border Guard position in the area.
