Border guards arrest drug users

At 5:00 p.m. on March 19, 2011, the patrol team of My Ly Border Guard Station discovered and arrested Vi Van Huy (permanent resident of Xieng Tren village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An), who was transporting drugs. Through investigation, Huy confessed that he had bought 0.2 grams of heroin for 500,000 VND in Thac Nhan May area, Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong district to use, and was arrested on the way. Huy is a drug addict who was just released from prison in 2010 for a drug conviction, and now continues to commit crimes. My Ly Border Guard Station has completed the file and handed it over to the authorities for handling.
At 10:30 p.m. on March 21, 2011, the Muong Long Border Guard Task Force in Tri Le coordinated with Que Phong District Police to patrol and discovered and arrested Va Xai Tho (born in 1977, residing in Muong Long village, Tri Le commune, Que Phong district) while transporting drugs. When searching Va Xai Tho, evidence was found of 0.5g of opium.
Currently, the authorities have completed the documents for handling the exhibits and subjects according to the law.
