Hanh Dich Border Guard Station mobilizes people to hand over 42 guns

(Baonghean.vn) -From November 19 to 25, implementing the plan to mobilize local people to hand over weapons and explosives, Hanh Dich Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with the Party Committees and authorities of Hanh Dich and Nam Giai communes (Que Phong district) to deploy working groups to mobilize each hamlet, village, and household.

Thanks to the role of prestigious people in mobilizing their children and grandchildren, within a week, the people of the two communes voluntarily handed over 42 flintlock guns, muskets, etc. (37 in Nam Giai commune, 5 in Hanh Dich commune). The unit received and preserved them according to regulations.
