Na Loi Border Guard Station: Mobilizing nearly 200 working days to help local people

(Baonghean.vn) - From July 15 to 31, implementing the peak of the 2012 summer youth volunteer campaign, the Youth Union of Na Loi Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with the Youth Union of Na Loi Commune (Ky Son District) to organize a general cleaning at Don Boong village, repaired 3 km of landslide-damaged road from Don Boong village to the commune center; repaired schools and community houses, with nearly 200 working days. In addition, they also helped people build and put into use 32 toilets, combined with propaganda for people to eat hygienically, prevent epidemics; visited and presented gifts to 4 policy families, families with meritorious services to the revolution, and war invalids in the area, worth 800,000 VND.
