Receiving the title of Luan Hong Weaving Village

(Baonghean) - On March 31, Dong Van commune, Thanh Chuong district held a ceremony to receive the title of Weaving Craft Village for Luan Hong village. This is the 5th craft village in Thanh Chuong district to be granted a craft village certificate by the Provincial People's Committee.

Luan Hong village currently has 112 households, of which 68 households are engaged in the craft, income from the craft in 2011 accounted for 46.5% of total income. The living standard of households engaged in the craft is 1.5 times higher than that of non-craft households.
