Mr. Vuong Duy Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, Ministry of Construction commented: "Regarding opportunities, Mr. Dung pointed out that recently, new legal corridors have been put into practice such as the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law, the Land Law... which have removed many obstacles in investing in real estate projects and become a "launching pad" to promote market development."

Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Vice President of Vietnam Real Estate Association, President of Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association (VARS) also sees many opportunities in 2025: "The Government's participation is very drastic, and will be even stronger in 2025. Along with the determination of businesses to rise up and overcome the series of difficulties, real estate will certainly grow strongly in 2025".

‏Regarding residential real estate, the estimated new supply measured in Hanoi and satellite cities will reach an estimated 3,000-7,000 products. In Ho Chi Minh City and the surrounding areas of this area, it is estimated to reach over 8,000 products.

Regarding transactions, Mr. Dinh assessed that it will increase better in 2025 because of better supply factors, more stable segments and especially prices will be adjusted and maintained at a good level; leading to an upward trend in transactions.

Representatives of some ministries, branches and experts also assessed that: "In 2025, after streamlining and rearranging the apparatus of agencies, ministries, departments, branches,... real estate project investment procedures will be greatly reduced, this is an opportunity for the real estate market to "transform", ready to enter a new development cycle, more sublime and sustainable.

The real estate market is entering a new cycle with many growth drivers from legal corridors, infrastructure to interest rates... Segments such as villas, satellite urban townhouses, riverside real estate, etc. are expected to continue to attract strong investment waves thanks to their outstanding advantages.

"Following the wave" of the market, riverside real estate "opens" a new cycle

In the new flow of the market, experts assess that riverside real estate areas have great potential for development with many advantages from feng shui, living space to potential price increase,... along with many levers promoting from infrastructure to policies that will create an attractive force to attract cash flow; creating strong investment waves.

‏Regarded as the most valuable asset of all real estate types, riverside houses always increase in value over time. The price of riverside real estate recorded in major cities around the world is also often at least 30% higher than other areas.

In particular, in London, Paris, Shanghai and Sydney, the price of apartments and riverside land increased by 35 - 40%, despite the high prices. According to Mr. Liam Bailey - Director of the global research department of Knight Frank, the waterfront housing segment is among the most liquid of all real estate types.

In Vietnam, with an investment capital of nearly 200 million USD, the Vinh River planning is expected to transform Vinh City and make it stand shoulder to shoulder with world-famous riverside cities.

‏Most cities with rivers flowing through them have become gathering places for the upper class, symbols of wealth.
