Urge to review and publish administrative procedures

(Baonghean) - Implementing Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 on administrative procedure control, Decree No. 48/2013/NDPC dated May 14, 2013 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of decrees related to administrative procedure control and to ensure simplification of administrative procedures and full, accurate, synchronous, unified, transparent and timely implementation of regulations on administrative procedures, on May 7, 2014, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2921 requesting directors of departments, heads of provincial-level branches and sectors, chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to strictly implement the following contents:

1. Have a plan to review the regulations and administrative procedures of your agency or unit based on legal documents, difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process or feedback and recommendations from organizations and individuals, to promptly amend, supplement, replace, abolish or cancel unnecessary and inappropriate regulations and administrative procedures and to reduce administrative procedures or to reduce costs in terms of time and money for individuals, organizations and businesses.

2. Provincial departments, branches and sectors update legal documents of the Government, ministries and ministerial-level agencies to draft decisions on promulgating administrative procedures (new promulgation, amendments, supplements, cancellations, and abolitions) in the fields and sectors under their management, and send documents to the Department of Justice (Administrative Procedure Control Division) for quality control before submitting them to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation according to the provisions of Circular No. 05/2014/TT-BTP dated February 7, 2014 of the Ministry of Justice guiding the promulgation and posting of administrative procedures and reporting on the situation and results of administrative procedure control implementation.

3. Assign the Department of Justice to advise and synthesize reports to the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation status and difficulties and problems in reviewing and promulgating administrative procedures of agencies and units in the province./.
