At the meeting, comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke, emphasizing: This spring, Nghe An has more joy, many potential investment projects, outstanding development of traffic infrastructure, especially the event of Nghe Tinh Vi Dam folk songs being honored by UNESCO as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

In 2014, Nghe An achieved many remarkable results: High growth rate, budget revenue reached nearly 7,7000 billion VND. Foreign affairs and investment promotion were innovated, implemented strongly, widely and effectively, attracting investment in 105 projects with 18,500 billion VND; the province attracted many investors and invested in large projects in Nghe An such as Massan Group, Hoa Sen Group..., Infrastructure was invested strongly; Vinh airport was upgraded to an international airport; Cua Lo port was expanded; education and health achieved leading achievements in the country; people's material and spiritual life was increasingly improved. In that common achievement, there were contributions of efforts and intelligence of foreign experts who have been and are working in Nghe An.
