Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the Department of Education and Training, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Nghia Dan District People's Committee, Nghia Hoi Commune Party Committee and authorities, and all teachers and staff along with 350 students of the school.

Nghia Hoi Kindergarten is located in a remote area of ​​Nghia Dan district, established in 1976. After 35 years of construction and development, the school has been continuously recognized as an "Advanced Unit" at the district level. The school currently receives 350 students, including 45 Catholic students and 73 Thai ethnic students studying in 13 classes, including 2 separate classes. 22 teachers and staff are 100% qualified, including 20 teachers above standard. The school's trade union has been recognized as excellent for many consecutive years.

Comrade Dinh Viet Hong spoke and presented a flower basket from the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to the school.
