Attending the working session were comrades: Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee.

At the first meeting, the Executive Committee of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee, term II, elected 11 comrades to the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term; elected comrade Doan Hong Vu to continue holding the position of Town Party Secretary with 100% of the votes.

Comrades in the Party Committee of Hoang Mai Town for the 2015 - 2020 term voted to approve the Personnel Plan for the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee.

Comrades in the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee elected the Town Party Secretary for the 2015 - 2020 term.

Comrades Vo Van Dung and Nguyen Huu Tuy held the position of Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee with 100% of the votes. The Party Committee also elected the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Comrade Le Ba Van, Chairman of Quynh Lap Commune People's Committee, presented a paper on experience in site clearance.

The Congress continued to listen to presentations to propose solutions, experiences and recommendations from localities, departments and branches; at the same time, discussed and contributed ideas to the documents of the Party Congress at higher levels. The Congress voted to approve the Summary Report and discussed and contributed to the Documents of the 12th National Congress of the Party, the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020; Report on standards, structure and number of personnel of the Provincial Party Committee, term XVIII, term 2015 - 2020.

Delegates passed the Resolution of the Hoang Mai Town Party Congress for the 2015 - 2020 term.

The Congress also passed the Resolution of the Town Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term. Accordingly, Hoang Mai set a target of total production value in 2020 (2010 price) reaching over 14,000 billion VND. The average economic growth rate per year is 15-17%. The economic structure by 2020 is Industry-Construction: 59.1%, Services: 29.8%, Agriculture - Forestry - Fishery: 11.1%. State budget revenue assigned in the area increases by an average of 17-18% annually, by 2020 the total budget revenue in the area will reach 534 billion VND. The average added value per capita will reach 81 million VND...
