Comrade Ho Duc Phoc votes at constituency number 4, Hung Phuc ward (Vinh city)

(Baonghean) -This morning, May 22, comrade Ho Duc Phoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, was present at constituency No. 4, Hung Phuc ward (Vinh city) before 7:00 a.m. to exercise his rights and obligations as a citizen.

After the solemn opening ceremony, comrade Ho Duc Phoc, together with the oldest voter - Mr. Tran Van Duong (83 years old) and the youngest voter Phan Nam Anh (18 years old) were honored to be the first to cast their ballots, demonstrating their responsibility and duty to elect truly exemplary people, representing the will and aspirations of the people to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels, term 2011 - 2016.

Immediately after fulfilling his civic duty, comrade Ho Duc Phoc directly went to direct and inspect the election work at a number of polling stations in Hung Nguyen district, including constituency No. 1 Hung Tan commune; No. 9 Hung Dao commune; No. 1 Hung Tay commune and No. 6 Hung Nguyen town.

Comrade Ho Duc Phoc highly appreciated the thoughtful, serious, democratic and lawful election work.
