In Hung Linh commune, the Secretary and the delegation visited the family of veteran Nguyen Van Kien in hamlet 3, whose son Nguyen Van Hoi has been on duty protecting the islands in Truong Sa archipelago for 12 years. Mr. Kien himself is a veteran who fought in the Quang Tri battlefield and was affected by Agent Orange. Up to now, he has been a Party member for 46 years, is an exemplary party member in the locality, always exemplary, and has raised his children well.
