In the past time, the Party Committee and the government of Quan Bau ward have proposed many appropriate and timely solutions to direct and organize effective implementation in all areas. Economic indicators have been quite high, the total budget revenue of the ward in 2014 is estimated at 6.8 billion VND, reaching 102% of the plan for 2014. The work of land and urban management has been focused. Social security policies have been concerned, national defense and security have been maintained, and social order and safety have been ensured.

At the meeting, voters of Quau Bau ward presented 13 opinions representing voters of the ward to the Provincial People's Council and Vinh City, focusing on the following contents: Proposing the province to tighten the management of oversized and overloaded vehicles; take measures to promptly recover cases of land lease but not used for the right purpose and effectively; pay attention to speeding up the progress of site clearance for construction projects in the ward such as Le Ninh street, 72m street, resettlement area of Quan Bau ward; relocate high-voltage power lines located in residential area block 8 affecting people's lives and property.
Voters of Quan Bau ward also requested the province and city to soon invest in the construction of drainage ditches; install lighting systems on some roads with heavy traffic. The recent support for cement for ditches and concrete roads has been slow and of poor quality, creating negative public opinion. The province is requested to direct the Department of Health to strengthen inspections to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment.
Strengthen inspection and rectify the situation of extra teaching and learning; Add some non-professional positions in communes and wards; consider some mobilized funds because currently there are too many types of fund mobilization; have policies to create conditions for private kindergartens to operate; need to resolve land disputes satisfactorily to limit prolonged disputes. Many voters have reflected that the situation of encroachment on sidewalk corridors for business and trading has long affected urban order and beauty but has not been completely resolved, drug addiction is still common... Some voters also made specific recommendations on issues related to land of households in the area.

Voters of Quan Bau ward also hope that People's Council delegates will increase contact with the people and increase their responsibility in supervising and urging organizations and individuals to implement voters' recommendations.
