On the morning of March 3, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Directors and Deputy Directors of Departments after the arrangement and merger.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced Resolution 07/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee.

According to the resolution, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is established on the basis of merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
