In 2012, Tan Hop block had 190/206 families achieving the title of cultural family (reaching a rate of 92%), 79 families achieving the title of sports family; the block established a reading room with over 800 books of all kinds; the block's poetry club published 3 poetry collections praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland, the country; established a children's art troupe to participate in mass art performances; awarded 33 students who were excellent students at school, 4 students who were excellent students at the city level, 1 student who was excellent students at the provincial level; the lives of policy beneficiaries are increasingly concerned... Through the movement "All people unite, build a cultural life in residential areas", the village and neighborhood relationship has become closer, security in the block has been maintained, people trust and are excited to actively participate in common emulation movements.
