Mr. Cao Van Tan, born in 1922, was a pre-uprising cadre who directly participated in directing the movement to seize power in 1945 in Dien Chau. Due to his many contributions to the revolution, he was honored to be admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 20, 1946. On the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Mr. Cao Van Tan was awarded the 70-year Party membership badge by the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
