The delegation visited and congratulated officers and soldiers of the Military Command, Ky Son District Police and the Mobile Company of Sub-region 50 - Nghe An Border Guard stationed in Huu Kiem Commune - Ky Son. Next, the delegation visited and gave gifts to the family of Mrs. Luong Thi Thin - a poor household in Block 5 - Muong Xen Town, Mr. Lo Van Hung, a 4/4 war invalid in Na Luong village, Huu Kiem commune and the family of Mrs. Luong Thi Thuong in Na village, Huu Lap commune - mother of Martyr Lu Van Son who sacrificed his life in the resistance war against the US to save the country.
