Also attending the working session were comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and comrades in the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, and leaders of Nam Dan district.

At the working session, comrade Nguyen Hong Son - Chairman of Kim Lien Commune People's Committee reported on the results of new rural construction of the commune. After having the policy on the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, the Commune Party Committee has issued a resolution on new rural construction. Focus on building plans, reviewing the current situation, building timely projects and submitting them to competent authorities for approval and implementation. When reviewing and comparing the regulations, Kim Lien achieved 10/19 new rural criteria. Up to now, Kim Lien has achieved 19/19 criteria and is preparing to receive the certificate of new rural commune.
