Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong visited the Social Labor Education Center of Que Phong district.
(Baonghean) -During a working trip to overcome the consequences of storm No. 2 in the mountainous district of Que Phong, yesterday (June 28), comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited the district's Center for Social Labor Education.
The Que Phong District Social Labor Education Center (Nghe An) has a capacity to receive 250 subjects. Currently, the Center has implemented a centralized drug rehabilitation plan, the reception time is divided into 9 consecutive stages, every 15 days the Center receives from 10 to 15 subjects; from June 15, 2011 to October 16, 2011 the Center strives to receive 100 subjects for compulsory drug rehabilitation. Initially, the Center has organized and implemented good management work, improved educational activities, treatment, drug rehabilitation, vocational training and organized effective labor production, creating the premise for students after completing the educational management period to return to their locality to reintegrate well into the community.
Working with the Center's staff, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong highly appreciated the initial achievements that the District's Center for Social Labor Education had achieved, and at the same time commended the Center's staff for promoting the spirit of solidarity, overcoming difficulties and completing assigned tasks well.
Next, the Vice President went directly to the students' rooms, visited and encouraged them to try to overcome difficulties to successfully quit drugs and soon return to reintegrate into the community.
