At the meeting with voters, after hearing the Provincial People's Council delegates announce the expected program and content of the 5th session of the Provincial People's Council to take place next July, many voters reflected their thoughts and aspirations.

Nghia Thinh is a remote commune of Nghia Dan district. Although it has been decided to be a commune in region II, it is currently still enjoying the policies and regimes of region I. Many voters have also reflected that the implementation of policies and regimes is still slow and the procedures are still cumbersome. Children of ethnic minorities, poor households, and those who are eligible for the 135 program studying at universities, colleges, and vocational high schools previously received tuition fees at the schools, but in recent years, the policy has been to allow schools to collect and send invoices and procedures to the commune to collect documents and send them to the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for settlement. When the district settles, the money transferred is not enough to pay according to the collection level at the schools. Voters proposed to lower the age of the elderly from 80 to 75 years old; implementing the wage increase policy also requires attention to price control to truly improve the lives of wage earners; it is necessary to continue to care about the lives of ethnic minorities, ensuring social security; policies for preschool teachers; policies for population officers in communes and hamlets; craft village policies; compensation policies for recovered agricultural land...

At the end of the meeting with voters, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son directly explained the issues of concern to voters; at the same time, he acknowledged and promised to fully reflect the opinions of voters to the Provincial People's Council and all levels and sectors for resolution in the coming time. He also requested the leaders of Nghia Dan district and Nghia Thinh commune to resolve issues under their authority.
