In the 2010-2011 school year, the Provincial Boarding Ethnic High School achieved many good results. The school had 18% of students with excellent grades, 72% with good grades, 15 students with excellent grades at the provincial level, more than 60% passed university and college entrance exams, many students passed 2 schools... Notably, at the 2010 National Ethnic Boarding School Cultural and Sports Competition in Quang Ngai, Nghe An Boarding Ethnic High School was ranked second overall, in which there were 5 Silver medals, 5 Bronze medals and 1 consolation prize in Culture; 5 Gold medals, 2 Silver medals, 3 Bronze medals in Sports; 4 Gold medals, 1 Silver medal in Arts.
