At the meeting, comrade Pham Van Tan reported on some basic contents of the meeting.3rd session of the 13th National Assembly
Comrade Phan Dinh Trac answered questions.
National Assembly deputies listen to voters' petitions.
Voters from 4 communes in the cluster (including Dien Hai, Dien Hung, Dien Van, Dien My) raised opinions on a number of issues regarding new rural construction, the seriously degraded rural transportation system, difficulties in trading goods, farmers' products being forced to lower prices, offshore fishing boats being degraded, high gasoline prices causing difficulties in offshore fishing, the state needs to support offshore fishing boats. The state needs to review Decree 80 on bidding for rural agricultural land; collecting tax on garden land for non-agricultural land is unreasonable; reduce revenue for people, such as the upcoming traffic fee.
The rural environmental issue has not been paid attention to, there is no place to collect waste, no landfill and no treatment system. Many traffic works do not ensure quality, they are damaged right after being completed, causing loss of money but no one is responsible. It is necessary to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment at the commune and district levels... Regarding the regime for people with meritorious services, relatives of martyrs, and families of war invalids, it is necessary to pay attention and resolve it completely; The allowance regime for village cadres and party cell secretaries is too low, some rural children who have finished university do not have jobs, creating an additional burden for their families.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, comrade Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions of voters, and at the same time clearly explained the voters' suggestions and questions. For opinions within the authority of the district and commune, he assigned the district and commune leaders to directly answer the people at the voter meeting, and opinions beyond their authority will be collected and presented to the National Assembly in the next session.
