(Baonghean.vn)-On the morning of September 22, National Assembly delegates: Phan Dinh Trac, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Nguyen Thi Hai, Vice Principal of Ky Nam Primary School, Ky Son Commune (Tan Ky) had a meeting with voters of Quy Chau district.
Attending the meeting with voters were leaders of Quy Chau district, representatives of the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An branch, and voters of the three communes of Chau Phong, Chau Hoan and Dien Lam.

Voters of Quy Chau district proposed a number of issues: Proposing to soon deploy investment in building national power grid lines to communes; the allocation of cadres and civil servants at the commune level is not reasonable; the current investment level of the 135 program per commune is still low; the regime for teachers at high schools in mountainous areas with ethnic minority boarding students; there should be a clear framework for voluntary contributions from students to avoid the current situation of different levels in each place; the shortcomings in the relocation and resettlement of Binh Quang village at the Ban Mong Reservoir project; the integration of current poverty reduction programs is not effective; the duplication of training and vocational training programs for people; the criteria for building new rural areas for mountainous areas are not reasonable...
