As a result, comrade Nguyen Viet Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee in charge of culture and society, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the District People's Council, comrade Phan Huy Hai was elected to be the head of the Culture and Society Committee, comrade Tran Thi Binh was elected to be the head of the Legal Committee of the District People's Council, term 18, 2011-2016. Comrade Phan Van Tuyen - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee - former Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee in charge of economy was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee, comrade Nguyen Thanh Ha was elected to be the Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee in charge of economy, comrade Hoang Danh Truyen held the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee in charge of culture and society; comrade Nguyen Cong Chuc - Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee and comrade Nguyen Trong Dung - Deputy Head of the Finance and Planning Department were elected to the position of member of the District People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term.
