Speaking to the leaders, experts and civil servants of the Department of Education and Training, comrade Tran Cong Duong praised the sector for continuing to achieve many results in the 2011-2012 school year. The quality of mass and spearhead education exceeded the set targets; continued to hold the top position in the country in terms of the number of excellent national students, students passing university entrance exams with high scores of over 27 points, actively contributing to the implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress. Presenting flowers and congratulating the Department, he also hoped that the sector would continue to promote the achieved results, foster the tradition of "respecting teachers and valuing education", and love of learning of the homeland of Nghe An, improve the quality of education and training to provide the province with high-quality human resources, contributing to improving the quality of cadres and civil servants of the province.
