Over 82 years of development and growth, the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee have always fulfilled their assigned tasks well: Advising the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to organize and direct work, direct and coordinate activities at all levels to synchronously implement stages in planning, training and fostering cadres; arranging and using cadres appropriately in conjunction with rotation, transfer, appointment and implementation of cadre policies, meeting the requirements of the tasks of the period of industrialization and modernization of the country; performing well the functions of advising, planning, and providing comprehensive guidance and direction to carry out the work of building grassroots party organizations and a strong quality of cadres and party members; proactively grasping and promptly handling ideological developments within the Party and the people.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Tran Hong Chau highly appreciated the achievements of the staff of the Party Committees. He hoped that the staff of the Committees would continue to practice, innovate methods and improve the quality and efficiency of their work, and successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
