Also participating in the meeting with voters were delegates of the Vinh City People's Council.

In a democratic and open atmosphere, at the voter meeting, a large number of voters frankly expressed their thoughts and aspirations as well as reflected and proposed socio-economic, national defense and security issues. Some delegates commented that the compensation price for agricultural land is still low, not ensuring that households whose land has been recovered have enough conditions to change their occupations and create jobs. They proposed that the Provincial People's Council continue to study and consider increasing the compensation price for agricultural land, and at the same time have policies to solve employment, especially for agricultural households whose land has been recovered. Voters also said that the province needs to have measures to strengthen land management; have a mechanism to manage and supervise the team of cadres and civil servants, especially when the whole Party is showing its determination to effectively implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI) "Some urgent issues in Party building at present". Review and promptly support policies that have been issued, such as the policy to support cement for the blocs to build internal roads. Some issues regarding the slow resolution of the resistance reward regime; policies for the low-level cadres of grassroots associations..., were also mentioned by voters.

In addition to the above issues, many voters also reflected on some shortcomings and problems that are arising in the ward under the jurisdiction of Vinh city. That is, the implementation of construction of some roads in the area such as Nguyen Duy Trinh Street, Nguyen Binh Khiem Street... is still slow and unsynchronized, creating some "black spots" that affect households on that road section and cause difficulties for traffic participants. The situation of dumping construction waste is still indiscriminate, causing environmental pollution and urban beauty. The situation of parking cars and motorbikes in the area of ​​Cua Dong General Hospital causes the sidewalk to be lost, obstructing traffic.

At the meeting with voters, Comrade Tran Hong Chau directly explained a number of issues that voters reflected and were concerned about; at the same time, he recorded the opinions, thoughts and aspirations of voters to send to the relevant levels and sectors for resolution. He also directed Vinh city to pay attention to resolving issues within its authority.
